Along with eating right and exercising, getting quality sleep is an important part of weight loss. Poor sleep may become a vicious cycle - the less you sleep, the more weight you gain, and the more weight you gain, the harder it is to sleep.

🔥SHIRT SPLITTING CHEST WORKOUT🔥 . 📍Save and give it a try on your next chest day. . 1. Incline db press - work your weight up doing 8 until you miss 8. Drive up to 3/4 lockout. . 2. Flat bb press - use chains if available, otherwise resistance bands will do. Do a couple feeder sets then 4 sets x 8 reps. Drive up forcefully to 3/4 lockout and squeeze hard. . 3+4. Pronated db flyes superset with incline bb press - 4 sets x 10 reps on the pronated flyes then right into 6 reps on the incline press. 📍If you are short of time (like me most of the time😁) give this leg workout a try. It will not disappoint😈 . Tri-set - 4 sets x 10 reps each exercise Glute press - if your gym doesn’t have a glute press use the variation in the video. Stabilise your body and work slowly to keep constant tension on the glutes. Stiffed leg deadlifts - use kettlebells or dumbbells Leg curls - if you are having a hard time feeling your hamstrings this variation will hammer them 😏 .
